I moved here 20 years ago. I found Northstate Powersports when it was Chico Honda Motorsports, and had them do some maintenance on my 2004 GL1800. I was so impressed with their friendliness, and knowledge, I never looked back, or elsewhere. The service staff befriended me. It was never about money, it was about making me feel satisfied. I found this comes from the top. The owner, Gabe, understands touring and other types of riders, and believes wholeheartedly in long term relationships with his customers. The GM, Stephanie, echoes this ideal. They are both accessible, and welcomed me. The service department has nothing but experienced personnel. This is the ONLY dealership I trust understanding the relationship of a rider and his bike. Goldwing riders are a weird special breed. We are over protective of our bikes.
